How to make KK254 cables

Use 2-wire cable, AWG20 or AWG22, and cut it to desired length.


Split the end of the cable.


Ramove 3 mm of isolation.


Remove it from the both wires.


Open the crimping tool. You have to press it first till the latch is released.


Press the big red button so that the whole red plastic element moves ahead. Put a contact in one of the middle 2 slots.


Release the button and the element will return to its initial position.


Press the handles so that the tool closes, but not completely. You will have to insert the cable first and then close it completely.


Insert red wire. Study the orientation of the cable and contact so that the complete cable can be inserted in the housing without twisting. Take care to insert just a small part of the isolation into connector, around 1.5 mm. If You insert too much of it, the connector deform after crimping.
